Spring 2025 Registration will begin Jan 10!

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

 

PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING!

 

  1. The link below will take you to the new registration. 
  2. You will be prompted to Sign-In to Begin Registration. If you are new to FWASA, you must create your new login on the sign in page.
  3. After login, you will enter Household Information - Only 1 player per household. DO NOT REGISTER ADDITIONAL PLAYERS WITH YOUR ACCOUNT.
  4. You will be asked for Proof of Age (POA) - upload a picture/scan of your government-issued ID (e.g., Drivers License)!
  5. The system accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information;
  6. Discount Codes (see below for more information).
  7. BE SURE to select League and Team on Registration Step 2.2!

NOTE: Player registrations will be verified by Team Managers. If you have not already been approved for a team by a Manager, please sign up on the Free Agent list instead.

The system will automatically apply a discount for your 2nd team - no code required!

⇒  Play in another NTSSA association? 

If you play in another NTSSA association (such as Arlington), please contact the Office to request a special NTSSA Discount Code BEFORE registering!!

⇒  Government-Issued ID 

Players must upload a headshot AND a copy of their DL must be uploaded to the mandatory “POA documentation” upload box. The system will not proceed without both items. We will us the photo from your DL for your digital player ID.

  • JPG or PNG file preferred.

  • Both photos must be clear, hi-resolution, and readable. The easiest way to get a clear photo/scan is with a mobile app such as GeniusScan to properly center and crop the ID. Android / iOS   Remember, we will use the photo from your ID for your player ID--make sure it looks good.

⇒  Registration Deadlines 

The Early Bird rate of $63 is available through midnight of Fri, 17-Jan, increasing to $70 on Sun, 18-Jan. Registration Deadline for 1st week of games is midnight Sat, 1-Feb. Starting Sun, 2-Feb players may register with $10 Late Registration fee to be eligible for 1st week, or wait until after 20-Feb to avoid the late fee and be eligible for 2nd week of games and beyond.

Players may register throughout the season. However, there is a lead time required to verify registrations and complete digital ID cards and rosters. ***Beginning with the Spring 2025 season, players must be registered and fines/fees paid by Thursday prior to the next scheduled game--ALL LEAGUES!***
