FWASA SPRING 2025 REGISTRATION

**ATTENTION--ONLY ONE PLAYER PER HOUSEHOLD! DO NOT REGISTER ADDITIONAL PLAYERS WITH YOUR ACCOUNT!**

HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED BEFORE STARTING:

  1. A clear, hi-res headshot photo of yourself.
  2. A clear, hi-res, readable photo of your Driver's License or other government-issued ID  **UPLOAD IN "POA (proof of age) DOCUMENTATION" FIELD**. NO BIRTH CERTIFICATES!
  3. Discount code: Multiteam discount is applied automatically for 2nd team. If you play in another NTSSA Association (such as Arlington), please contact the Office to request a special NTSSA Discount Code BEFORE registering! No refunds are given for the discount after registration.

 

NOTE: Player registrations will be verified by Team Managers. If you have not already been approved for a team by a Manager, please sign up on the Free Agent list instead.

LOOKING FOR A TEAM?

If you are interested in joining a FWASA team, you can add your name to our Free Agent List by filling out this form. This is NOT registering for a team! It is ONLY making your information available to managers that are looking for additional players. You must have approval from the Team Manager to register for their team during the season.

In addition, we will form new teams to the extent that enough Free Agents are available. Players interested in forming/managing a team should contact the FWASA Office for more information.

Each season is comprised of 10 games. Registration fees are $70 collected during online registration. Your team manager collects additional referee fees for the season.

When indicating your preferred league(s), please make sure that you can commit to the current league schedules:

  • Men’s Open – Sunday nights at 4 and 6pm
  • Men O30 – Friday nights at 7 and 8:45pm
  • Men O40 – Tuesday nights at 7 and 8:45pm
  • Men O50 - Friday nights at 7 and 8:45pm
  • Women’s Open – Sunday afternoons at 1:15 and 3:15pm
  • Women O30 – Tuesday nights at 7 and 8:45pm
  • Coed Open – Monday nights at 7 and 8:45pm
  • Coed O30 – Wednesday nights at 7 and 8:45pm
